Ocwen: They Can't Read

The attached letter was sent, by Ocwen, in response to a "cease and desist" letter sent a company. Ocwen's Indian call centers kept calling the company's main number, looking for one of their employees.

Due to the volume of calls, the company asked Ocwen to stop.

Ocwen clearly did not read the letter, except, maybe to figure out that a phone number was somehow involved. Their response, due in ten days, should be interesting.

It is also interesting that that the employee in question used to have a loan with HomeQ. The loan had been paid off. HomeQ is no more (yay), but now many of their loans are being serviced by Ocwen.

Ocwen seems to be off to a bad start.
